We do not directly provide spa, makeup, or wellness services. Providers are responsible for their own work .
* Booking & Payments
Bookings are made through our website.
Payment may be made on-site to the provider unless online payment is enabled.
Prices are listed before booking and may vary by provider.
* Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Luxe Wellness and Providers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in unavoidable circumstances.
* Customer Responsibilities
Provide a safe, clean environment for the service.
Be available at the agreed date/time.
Inform the provider of any health conditions, allergies, or preferences in advance.
* Provider Responsibilities
Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Luxe Wellness.
Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their services.
Luxe Wellness is a booking platform and does not directly provide wellness services.
* Liability
Luxe Wellness is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or dissatisfaction caused by a provider’s service.
Customers assume full responsibility for their choices and interactions with providers.

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will apply to all new bookings.
