  • We do not directly provide spa, makeup, or wellness services. Providers are responsible for their own work .

* Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are made through our website.

  • Payment may be made on-site to the provider unless online payment is enabled.

  • Prices are listed before booking and may vary by provider.

* Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Luxe Wellness and Providers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in unavoidable circumstances.

* Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, clean environment for the service.

  • Be available at the agreed date/time.

  • Inform the provider of any health conditions, allergies, or preferences in advance.

* Provider Responsibilities

  • Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Luxe Wellness.

  • Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their services.

  • Luxe Wellness is a booking platform and does not directly provide wellness services.

* Liability

  • Luxe Wellness is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or dissatisfaction caused by a provider’s service.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for their choices and interactions with providers.

* Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
