How do I make sure I’m booking the right provider?
Please confirm that your chosen provider is located in the same city or country as you before booking. This ensures smooth scheduling and avoids extra travel fees.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. You can manage your bookings directly from the My Bookings page. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to respect the provider’s time.

How do I pay for my appointment?
Payments are made on site directly to the provider after your session. Most providers accept cash, and some may also allow bank transfer upon agreement.
Are prices fixed or can providers add extra fees?
Prices listed on our website are the base rates. If your location is far from the provider’s usual service area, they may request an additional transport fee. This will always be discussed with you before confirming your booking.
What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices on Luxe Wellness are displayed in USD for consistency across our global platform. However, final payment is made directly to your provider in your local currency. Your provider will confirm the exact amount with you based on the USD price shown.

After booking, your provider will confirm the price in your local currency, based on the USD amount. Payment is made directly to your provider — usually by cash or bank transfer, depending on what they accept.
